1. Stall Booking & Confirmation
Stall allotment shall be strictly on a First-Come, First-Served basis. Stall booking shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed booking amount and submission of the duly completed application form. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. Stall allocation shall remain provisional until full payment is received. The Organizer reserves the right to alter stall locations if required due to operational or venue-related reasons.

2. Payment Terms
All payments shall be made in favour of Raigad Business Initiative through approved payment methods. Full payment must be completed on or before the due date mentioned in the booking confirmation. Possession of stall space shall not be granted until all dues are cleared. Any delay in payment may result in cancellation or reallocation of the stall. All applicable taxes shall be borne by the Exhibitor.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before 31 August 2026 – 75% Refund
1 September to 31 October 2026 – 50% Refund
After 31 October 2026 – No Refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Booking amounts are non-transferable.
In the event that the Organizer is unable to allot the booked stall, the amount paid shall be refunded without interest.

4. Stall Design & Fabrication
All stall designs must remain within the allotted stall area Exhibitors occupying bare/open space shall submit stall designs for approval before fabrication. Exhibitors shall ensure structural safety and stability of their displays. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or remove structures deemed unsafe or non-compliant. No encroachment beyond allotted boundaries shall be permitted.

5. Exhibitor Conduct
Exhibitors shall maintain professional conduct throughout the exhibition period. Activities causing inconvenience to visitors or neighbouring exhibitors shall not be permitted. Excessive sound levels, aggressive marketing, or obstruction of passageways shall be prohibited. Exhibitors shall comply with all venue safety regulations and Organizer instructions.

6. Sales & Business Transactions
Exhibitors may display, promote and market their products and services. All commercial transactions shall be the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.The Organizer shall not be responsible for disputes arising between exhibitors, visitors, suppliers, or customers. Exhibitors shall comply with all applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

7. Security & Safety
General security arrangements shall be provided by the Organizer. Exhibitors shall be responsible for safeguarding their products, materials, valuables, and equipment.Hazardous, explosive, flammable, or prohibited materials shall not be allowed inside the exhibition premises. Fire safety regulations must be strictly followed.

8. Damage & Liability
Any damage caused to venue property, infrastructure, or exhibition facilities by an Exhibitor shall be recovered from the Exhibitor.
The Organizer shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, or business interruption suffered by exhibitors or visitors.
Exhibitors are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for exhibits and equipment.

9. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, postponement, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, pandemics, civil disturbances, or adverse weather conditions.The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event if necessary. Refunds, if applicable, shall be subject to deduction of actual expenses incurred.

10. Intellectual Property
Exhibitors shall ensure that all displayed products, trademarks, logos, promotional materials, and content do not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for intellectual property disputes among exhibitors.

11. Photography & Media Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to photograph, film, and record the exhibition and its participants. Such photographs, videos, and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, and documentation purposes without additional permission or compensation.

12. Compliance
Exhibitors shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate removal from the exhibition without refund.

13. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of participation in Raigad Business Expo 2026 shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Khalapur / Raigad, Maharashtra.

14. Organizer's Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in the interest of efficient event management. Participation in Raigad Business Expo 2026 shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Exhibitor.
