Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

By making any payment towards stall booking, sponsorship, advertising, delegate registration, or any other participation category in Raigad Business Expo 2026, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other applicable policies published by Raigad Business Initiative.

All applicable taxes, statutory charges, duties, and government levies shall be borne by the participant/exhibitor/sponsor.

Once a stall booking, sponsorship package, advertising opportunity, or participation category is confirmed and payment is made, the booking shall be governed by the official Cancellation & Refund Policy of Raigad Business Expo 2026.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly as per the published cancellation policy. No refund shall be entertained after the applicable cancellation deadline.

The Organizer reserves the right to allocate, reallocate, or modify stall locations and exhibition layouts in the interest of effective event management without affecting the participation benefits committed to the exhibitor.

Participants are advised to carefully review all event details, participation categories, pricing, benefits, terms, and policies before making any payment.

For any clarification regarding stall booking, sponsorship opportunities, event participation, payment procedures, or policies, participants are encouraged to contact the Organizing Committee prior to making payment.

Participation in Raigad Business Expo 2026 shall constitute acceptance of all applicable terms, policies, rules, and regulations established by the Organizer.
